Do I need to fill in any forms before arriving in Bali?

Yes. Indonesia has introduced a new mandatory digital entry declaration called the ALL INDONESIA Arrival Card.

What time is check in and check out time?

Check in time is at 3 pm

Check out time is at 11 am

How much are airport transfers?

IDR 300.0000 per car per way for up to 4 people.

IDR 600.000 per car for return airport transfers for up to 4 people.

Do you offer babysitting services and how much would it cost?

Babysitters are available at IDR 75,000 per per child, IDR 125.000 per hour for 2 children (minimum 2 hours per engagement). Reservations must be made in advance. Applicable for children under 12 years only.

Is the Camp Splash Kids Club free of charge? And what are the operational hours?

All of our in-house guests are welcome to use Camp Splash Kids Club at absolutely no charge. The facility open every day from 9 am until 6 pm.

How far is Prime Plaza Suites Sanur from the airport?

It’s about 13km, which should take approximately 20-30 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

How much is an extra bed?

IDR 450.000 per bed per night, including breakfast.

What kind of breakfast does the hotel provide?

Breakfast is served a la carte. Feel free to contact us if you would like to have a look at our menu.

What is your child's policy with regard to breakfast?

Breakfast is complimentary for children under 5 who are accompanied by a paying adult. Children from 5 to 12 years old get 50% off the breakfast rate.

Is there a hairdryer in the room?

Yes. A hairdryer is available in the bathroom in every bedroom.

Are gluten-free or vegetarian options available?

Yes, based on request and availability.

Special dishes are available for those with food allergies. Please inform us in advance, and do let us know your dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Do you provide baby cots? How much do they cost?

Yes, baby cots are available upon request, subject to availability and are free of charge. There is a limit of one baby cot per room.

How much do you charge for late checkout?

Late check-out is based on availability and is 50% of the daily rate for up to 6 pm. Checkouts later than 6 pm will incur a full night's charge.

What time does your back gate open?

Our back gate opens from 7 am to 9 pm.
